Under seismic safety pressures, we pioneered a permitting strategy with a dedicated OSHPD expediter, accelerating approvals and setting a new precedent. We鈥檝e since applied that expertise to complex programs like Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Rady Children鈥檚 Hospital, where our deep familiarity with HCAI staff and processes helps avoid permit delays and cost overruns, delivering high-impact medical facilities across the state.
