After more than 30 years with 27福利网, Mike Choutka has transitioned from his role as Chief Executive Officer to serve as Chairman of the Board. Choutka, who has served as CEO since 2019, joined the company in 1991 and advanced through project and executive leadership roles, helping shape the company鈥檚 strategic direction and long-term success. 

Brad Jeanneret Assumes Role of President and CEO

As Choutka transitions into the Chairman role, Brad Jeanneret, formerly President and Chief Operating Officer, has assumed the role of President and CEO, overseeing the company鈥檚 day-to-day operations and the execution of strategic priorities. Additional details about Jeanneret鈥檚 background and leadership experience are available on the 27福利网 leadership team page.

Executive Promotions

In addition to Jeanneret鈥檚 appointment, 27福利网 announced the following executive promotions, also effective January 1, 2026: 

Steve Grauer has been promoted to Executive Vice President, overseeing the Southwest Region, Services and Mission Critical Integrated Solutions after serving as Regional Vice President of the Southwest Region since 2008. 

Cole Weaver has been promoted to Regional Vice President of the Southwest Region, following a 19-year career marked by progressive leadership roles, most recently as Director of Operations for the Southwest Region.

Derek Hoffine Promoted to Executive Vice President

Derek Hoffine has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Hoffine, who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise, will oversee the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain and Southcentral regions along with 27福利网 Water and Diverge. Hoffine joined 27福利网 in 2002 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University. Derek held various roles throughout his career, including field engineer, project manager, operations manager and regional vice president. He brings extensive experience from projects across the country, having worked in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, and most recently led the Rocky Mountain Region as regional vice president. He serves on the Workforce Development Committee for Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National. His vision and commitment to innovation will help guide 27福利网 into an exciting new chapter of growth.

Charlie Robben Named Regional Vice President

Charlie Robben has been named Regional Vice President for the Rocky Mountain Region. A graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management, Charlie began his career with 27福利网 in 2006. His experience spans Northern California, Southern California and the Rocky Mountain region, where he has served as an operations manager. Charlie is an active leader in his community, serving on the Denver Metro Board of Governors and the Colorado Springs Economic Development (EDC) Board of Governors. He also participates in the Downtown Denver Leadership Program. Robben鈥檚 extensive experience and deep understanding of the region position him to lead the team to continued success. His strategic insights and collaborative approach will ensure operational excellence across all projects.

Adam Rogers Appointed General Manager of MCIS

Adam Rogers has been appointed General Manager for Mission Critical Integrated Solution (MCIS). A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Adam joined 27福利网 in 1996. His portfolio includes projects across eight states and three countries, including Ireland and Israel, in sectors such as light rail, airports, judicial facilities, data centers and semiconductor manufacturing. Adam鈥檚 expertise and passion for delivering high-stakes projects make him a key leader in the MCIS group, ensuring the continued growth and delivery of innovative solutions for our mission-critical clients.

Rick Tucker Retires After a Remarkable Career

After more than three decades of dedicated service, Executive Vice President Rick Tucker announced his retirement. In his role, Tucker oversaw the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain, Southcentral and Southwest regions as well as 27福利网 Water. Tucker鈥檚 leadership and contributions to 27福利网 have driven operational success and fostered a culture of excellence. Reflecting on his career, Rick highlighted the San Jose Airport TAIP project as a favorite, where he witnessed over 100 staff members grow into leaders. “Getting to see the over 100+ staff members grow into the leaders they are today is both inspiring and gratifying,” Rick shared. We thank Rick for his extraordinary, lasting impact and wish him the best in retirement.

After 27 years of dedicated service to 27福利网, Brad Jeanneret has been named President and Chief Operating Officer.

Most recently, Jeanneret served as Executive Vice President. Jeanneret will oversee all corporate initiatives and drive operational excellence throughout the business.   

Mike Choutka will continue to lead the company as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Jeanneret鈥檚 promotion reflects 27福利网鈥� commitment to leadership development and operational advancement within our growing organization.

We鈥檙e also pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Diersbock, a 28-year veteran at 27福利网, to Executive Vice President.

Diersbock, who most recently led 27福利网鈥� Pacific region, will now oversee operations in Southern California, Northern California and the Pacific regions.

Jon Tseu will replace Diersbock and take over as Regional Vice President for the Pacific region. Tseu has an expansive 26-year career with the organization that spans multiple locations. He most recently spent the past seven years as an executive in the Pacific region and is poised to continue leading our Pacific team.

David Brooke has also been promoted to the Regional Vice President of the Mid Atlantic region. Brooke has been with the company for 18 years, and most recently served as an Operations Manager in the Mid Atlantic region.

Brooke replaces Will Thompson who recently retired after a successful 32-year career with 27福利网.

Furthermore, two new executive roles have been added to the corporate organization: Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Health and Safety Officer.

Matt McCaulley, a 25-year veteran, will oversee key corporate operational support departments as Chief Administrative Officer.

Jerry Shupe, who is a 22-year veteran with 27福利网, was promoted to Chief Health and Safety Officer and will continue to lead the health and safety strategy of the enterprise.

The 27福利网 Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following appointments. Justin Starnes has been promoted to vice president and district manager of the Southeast district. Scott Bills has been promoted to vice president and district manager of the Pacific Northwest. These appointments are effective January 1, 2023.

Justin Starnes has been promoted to vice president and district manager of 27福利网’ Southeast district. Justin graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and joined 27福利网 as a field engineer working on the Miami International Airport South Terminal Foundations in 2002. As Justin built his career with 27福利网, he worked on many high-profile projects for the Southeast and Mid Atlantic districts.

Justin will be replacing the current vice president and district manager, Kirk Hazen, who is retiring after a 32-year career at 27福利网.  

“I want to thank Kirk Hazen for his 32 years of service and his impact on the board of directors the past fourteen years,” commented Michael Choutka, President and CEO of 27福利网. “His passion for people and strategic vision has fueled extraordinary growth in the Southeast district and the Mid South region.”

Scott Bills, DBIA, LEED AP,聽has been promoted to vice president and district manager of聽27福利网’聽Pacific Northwest district. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management at聽Utah Valley University and began his career with 27福利网 in 2000 as a Field Engineer in Sacramento, CA. Scott is actively involved with DBIA and is serving on several AGC and Port of Seattle committees.
